Duplicate of BUG-000091817: These two issues are the same problem with certain formats of GUID fields not being handled by ArcMap. BUG-000091817 is addressed in 10.5 and the 10.4.1 Parcel Patch which can be downloaded here: http://support.esri.com/download/7410解决办法
