Works fine in the 10.1 release - without any issues or workarounds.解决办法
Reclassify the reclassed raster as preferred 0,1 values and save as CCITT Group 4 compressed TIFF and note that in all versions this will display properly. Or just copy the TIFF to a new TIFF (even 1-bit CCITT) and then reclassify.重现步骤
