This is not reproducible. The requirement is that the ArcGIS Data Store account have full permissions on the install and content directory.解决办法
1. Uninstall ArcGIS Data Store.2. Delete the arcgisdatastore folder.3. Reinstall ArcGIS Data Store using a Windows account, which is in the Administrators group.重现步骤
