The behavior is as designed. The View and WFS services cannot be reassigned separately from the original feature service and are to have the same owner.解决办法
- Delete the Web Feature Service (WFS) layer.
- Re-assign ownership of the hosted feature layer and hosted view.
- Re-create the Web Feature Service (WFS) layer.
