This issue was addressed for ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1 with the installation of the following patch - https://support.esri.com/en-us/patches-updates/2023/arcgis-server-11-1-map-service-and-custom-data-feeds-patch Once this patch is installed, the issue is no longer reproducible in ArcGIS Field Maps.解决办法
- Remove Turkish special characters from the domain list one by one. In Portal for ArcGIS, on the Content tab, click the feature layer. Click Data > Fields and click the domain. Then, click Edit Values List.
- Republish without the Turkish characters.
