In ArcGIS Pro, the topology is not validated as part of the creation process. In ArcGIS Pro, the workflow has an additional step after the topology is created and added to the map. From the Edit tab, choose Modify to open the Modify Features pane. In the Modify Features pane, find the Topology group and choose Validate Extent to clear the dirty area and show the overlap error.重现步骤
