Time-enabled group map image layer does not display the time information if one of the layers in the group is not time enabled.

解决办法

1. Repeat the process and instead of copying the feature class from the Contents pane, add the feature class from the Catalog pane again.
2. After publishing the service, investigate the service in the REST endpoint. The group image layer displays the time information.
