Through Collector Classic for ArcGIS (Android 18.0.3), ArcGIS Survey123 URL scheme values are not passed to select_one or select_multiple questions if the name and label of the choice in a Choice list do not match.

Collector Classic for ArcGIS (Android, iOS) has been retired and is no longer being updated. Esri recommends the ArcGIS Field Maps app as an alternative to Collector Classic as it combines the functionality of Classic Collector, Explorer, and Tracker. Note this issue does not apply to ArcGIS Collector.解决办法
Match the Choice name and label. This error does not occur when opening the link in an ArcGIS Online web map from other apps like Collector Classic for ArcGIS.
