There is an issue configuring the SQL expression for a filter widget in ArcGIS Experience Builder using the attribute records with the apostrophe symbol.

解决办法

Before publishing the hosted feature layer, remove the apostrophe in the names within the fields. The apostrophe in the two names has impacts on the SQL expression, causing it to spin when either of the names (Prince George’s County or Queen Anne’s County) is selected. The workaround for this issue is to remove the apostrophe, and the SQL Expression Builder works fine.
