漏洞
There is a problem with centered labels displaying correctly when viewed in Mobile Project Center. A map is published with labels centered. The labels are as expected (centered and on the point) in ArcMap, but when viewed in Mobile Project Center, they become offset. They seem to 'float' above the point.
