The 'View in Attribute Table' and 'Edit' options in a pop-up for a point, line and polygon in a map image layer or hosted feature layer within a web mapping app in Portal for ArcGIS or ArcGIS Online displays in Japanese when accessed, and signed in with credentials when Windows 10 is set to Japanese, and in English as an anonymous user.
