This item is added to the ArcGIS Living Atlas content package update scheduled for release in October 2024. When available, ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3 users can update the Living Atlas content in their organization to access new items, including this item.解决办法
Add the REST URL as an item in ArcGIS Portal to utilize Living Atlas items that are not available when searching for Living Atlas content in ArcGIS Enterprise.
