ArcGIS Pro is caching data from the server and must be triggered to empty or drop the local cache files. Refer to the suggestions listed in the workaround.解决办法
Disable auto-caching or empty the feature cache. For more information, refer to https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/mapping/layer-properties/manage-feature-cache.htm. Caching can also be disabled from the layer properties. It appears that the data is being cached locally while ArcGIS Pro is open.
