漏洞
The Transparency option of the Advanced drop-down menu in the Symbology tab does not make overlapping polygons present in the same layer transparent if the polygons have the same value.

Layer transparency is implemented as an isolated blend where the layer is made transparent as a whole and blended with the content below. The desired effect can be implemented in ArcGIS Pro with color transparency.重现步骤
