Use the latest version of Map Viewer.解决办法
- Publish the layer from ArcGIS Pro to ArcGIS Online.
- Add the published hosted feature layer to a new web map and save the web map.
- Create another classic viewer-web app based on the new web map.
- The time slider now appears when clicking the button.
