漏洞
The text formatting tag <BOL>Text</BOL> does not work in a label if there is an angle bracket (<) in the expression.

Refer to the 'Text formatting tags' help topic: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/mapping/text/text-formatting-tags.htm. The ampersand (&) and angle bracket (<) are special characters and are not valid in text when formatting tags are used. Use the equivalent character codes & and < instead. If there are special characters embedded in the label field values, replace them dynamically using a simple label script. See the help topic above for examples of label scripts.重现步骤
