解决办法

1.Create index for the joining;2.Export as shapefile;This issue is reproducible with File Geodatbase and not reproducible when Join is on Personal Geodatabase or Shapefile.Added by Ashwini Pade-Can work with following workarounds1. Convert File Geodatabase to Personal Geodatabase before joining data2. Convert File Geodatabase feature class to shapefile before joining data.3. Export the join to permanent shapefile and then use the tool “Summarize”
