This is expected. In this case, it is displayed in the mobile mode. Users can control when to be in the mobile mode by adding a URL parameter "mobileBreakPoint" (http://doc.arcgis.com/en/web-appbuilder/manage-apps/app-url-parameters.htm). The default value of "mobileBreakPoint" is 600.

解决办法

Use the following iframe tag to embed the Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS application.<iframe width="601" height="601" frameborder="0" scrolling="no" allowfullscreen src="https://pleasantongis.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=cc50f0a30bab4739bb03d32f17a7d1ee"></iframe>The application honors the splash screen size set when the embedded frame is more than 600x600 in width and height.
