The size of charts in classic reports produced by the Summary Reports tool changes when the Windows scale is changed in ArcGIS Pro with a Japanese language pack.

This issue will not be fixed because it is an edge case. The bug is in classic templates only, it does not happen in the modern reports and in infographics, and there is a workaround. The workaround is to just restart ArcGIS Pro.重现步骤
