The HTML display of the feature service list is not designed to present all services in alphabetical order. Implementing and maintaining such a sorting mechanism for the entire service catalog requires significant resources and affects performance. It is recommended that client applications implement their own sorting functionality as needed.解决办法
Adding &refresh=true to the end of the URL may help to clear the server-side cache, although not always.
