漏洞
The Select By Attributes tool fails to generate the correct SQL syntax when a field’s domain code contains a single quotation mark, causing it to return the ‘Error 000358: Invalid expression’ error message.

This issue has been tested and is not reproducible in the latest version of ArcGIS Pro 3.6.解决办法
Enable SQL mode and manually escape the string by adding the second single quotation mark:
'Castel D''Azzano'.
