The Search Fields search bar on the Data > Fields tab of a hosted feature layer does not search fields properly when an individual field's item details page is opened.

This issue is fixed in the June 2023 release.解决办法
- Scroll through the list of fields to find the desired field.
- Close the current individual field's item details page and use the Search Fields bar.
