This issue is not reproducible with the latest codebase.解决办法
1. Navigate to wwwroot, click the web application folder, open the env.js file, and edit the following lines:
apiUrl = https://js.arcgis.com/3.34
var apiVersion = '3.34';
2. Save the env.js file, and run the application in the browser. The SAML login is displayed.
