漏洞
The runtime differences between the geoprocessing User Interface (UI) and the ArcPy function for the Focal Statistics tool are significant and the parallel processing factor is not honored through the ArcPy function in versions of ArcGIS Pro 3.4.0 and higher.

To use the ArcPy function, stay at ArcGIS Pro version 3.3.x, or only use the function through the Geoprocessing UI for the Focal Statistics tool.
