As of ArcGIS Pro SDK 3.5, this behavior is operating as expected. Utilizing the existing add-in provided for the reported bug, the logic was copied and pasted into a new add-in built using the latest ArcGIS Pro SDK due to .NET compatibility. This issue is non-reproducible. The selected file geodatabase refreshes correctly.重现步骤
