附加信息
Based on the video, seems like there is a misunderstanding of the feature draw tools function, rather than a bug from WAB.
User was expecting the function which cannot be done by using "freehand line", but rather "freehand polygon":
1. If you draw a "line/freehand line" on the map, no matter if it forms an area, the tool itself generate a LINE feature and then Query widget will find out what map features intersect (in this special case) with this LINE, instead of what seems* to be included in the drawn "area" - which is not an close shape in fact.
2. If you use the "freehand polygon" tool, it will send back all the features that have spatial relationship with the drawn AREA.
*Note - in the video there seems to be one or two points actually intersect with the line drawn - but if you zoom in further enough you'll find it's not the case. Press Ctrl when drawing or enable buffer option in Query widget might help in similar situations.
