The Query operation on a referenced feature layer with a polygon geometry type returns unexpected results if it is not using the envelope-shaped geometry input and Result Record Count is specified.

When utilizing resultOffset and resultRecordCount to query a feature service, it is expected behavior for the number of records returned to be less than the resultRecordCount if the JSON response includes exceededTransferLimit=true. The client must issue further requests to query for the remaining records until it no longer receives the flag, exceededTransferLImit=true.
