The quadrant bearing unit in the Traverse tool (Coordinate Geometry) in ArcGIS Pro fails to display the directional value despite the unit is the format being specified.
In the Direction field the direction is entered as "10-55-00" and user hits enter. This is basically the Degrees / Mins / Secs but the quadrant isn't given. In the video they set the units to Quadrant Bearing. Thus the user must enter the follow "10-55-00-#" The # can either be a 1, 2, 3, or 4. They represent the different quadrants. 1 = NE, 2 = SE, 3 = SW, 4 = NW. So if you enter "10-55-00-3" and hit enter the direction will be set properly to "S10-55-00W".
