This bug cannot be reproduced. It is fixed in 10.5 nor Pro 1.4.解决办法
Utilizing the Esri Grid format, which only supports up to 32-bit pixel depths, serves as a workaround. Use the ‘Copy Raster’ GP tool to demote the pixel depth into a usable format.重现步骤
