漏洞
The output layer name assigned using inline variable substitution retains the name of the variable along with the % sign when added automatically to the Contents pane.

In ModelBuilder, checking the 'Add output to model group layer' check box adds the layers only with the layer name and does not show the %Test% from the output variable name.
