Only locators created using the Create Locator tool supports the Output Fields parameter. The parameter is hidden until a locator is chosen, and only if the locator supports the Output Fields parameter.解决办法
Set a default value for the Input Locator parameter.
Run Geocode Addresses as a Python tool/script.
