This issue will not be addressed. In ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3, the ability for administrators to restrict and hide the Organization page from members is removed. The Overview tab on the Organization page must always be visible for organization members, because it includes the administrative contacts card, which was introduced in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1.重现步骤
