At ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4, the Organization Settings page will not load for members assigned a custom roles that includes the Administrative organization webhooks privilege but does not include the utility services or servers privileges. This has been resolved at ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5, which will be released in Q2 2025.重现步骤
