The Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) Services tab in ArcGIS Server Manager fails when a large amount of feature services are hosted.

Use the ArcGIS Enterprise portal to identify OGC services. The ArcGIS Enterprise portal has an index that makes searches for item types, like OGC Services, fast and efficient (where the OGC Services tab does not have the scalability at this time). Using tags, groups, etc. can further improve this experience.
