The new search functionality now uses the OR operator in the URL tags format &tags=all(tag1%2Ctag2) instead of applying the AND operator as in the classic search.

At this time, the classic search and the new search views are behaving in the same way: applying an OR operator after selecting more than two tag filter values. For example, when two tag filters are selected, more results will be shown than if only one is selected. It is recommended that any interested parties in changing the behavior of filters to perform AND instead of OR behavior open an enhancement request instead.重现步骤
