This issue is not currently reproducible in the current version of ArcGIS Online. If the issue is still occurring, please contact Esri Support Services for further assistance.解决办法
- Access the Edit view of the ArcGIS Dashboards.
- Update all items in the mobile column.
- Configure the layers for each Category selector.
- Save the dashboard.
- When accessing the dashboard URL, there will be no sign-in window displayed.
