The minimal compact appearance does not work as expected for nested repeats with required questions in the ArcGIS Survey123 mobile app inbox.

Workaround 1:

Make the nested repeat question relevant based on a yes-or-no question.

${yes_no_Question} = 'Yes

Workaround 2:

Make the nested repeat relevant based on a yes-or-no question using the body::esri:visible column instead of the relevant column so that selecting 'No' after previously selecting 'Yes',and creating an inspection, the inspection is hidden but not deleted from the ArcGIS Online hosted service.
