The Microsoft.Extensions.Logging.Abstractions version 2.0.0 dynamic-link library (DLL) is outdated in ArcGIS Pro 3.2, causing the exception "System.IO.FileNotFoundException" to be returned while doing dependency injection in an ArcGIS Pro SDK add-in.
