The Map widget does not display a custom basemap without a Web Mercator Auxiliary Sphere (WMAS) Coordinate Reference System (CRS) in Jupyter Notebook.

Vector tile layers are supported but the spatial reference of the web map needs to match the spatial reference of the data for this to work with the JavaScript API. Vector tile layers cannot be reprojected directly.解决办法
In the Map widget, switch between the scene view and the map view. The custom basemap is now displayed in the widget.
