This is not consistent, but the pro behavior is good and desirable.解决办法
1. Select the desired features. 2. In the Contents window, right-click the feature class > Data > Export Features. The Geoprocessing window opens with the Copy Features tool.3. Click Run.A new layer from the selection is created.重现步骤
