These defects are resolved in the ArcGIS Server 11.3 ArcGIS Pipeline Referencing/ArcGIS Roads and Highways Patch 2. This patch is available on the support site at https://support.esri.com/en-us/patches-updates/2025/arcgis-server-11-3-arcgis-pipeline-referencing-arcgis-roads-and-highways-patch-2. This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.5/ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5 and ArcGIS Pro 3.3.6.解决办法
Do not make a selection and run the Generate Intersections tool for all features.
