The Local Government X-Ray tool 'Import using Geoprocessing' fails to import the local government information model because a domain contains a special character that the Python script tool cannot encode.

This has been addressed in the model by updating it to remove special characters. Databases do not support multiple language types (for example, French and Arabic characters cannot be in the same database.) Because of the database rule limitations, Esri has updated the model to align with the rules.解决办法
