This is intended behavior. Documentation is updated to reflect this. When loading a style, this becomes the developer's responsibility to make certain that any relative URLs in the style resolve correctly.

解决办法

Use one of the following options:

Create a copy of the vector tile layer in Portal for ArcGIS.
Use the new root.json URL to create the vector tile layer in the application. Create the vector tile layer with the vector tile service URL. For example: https://supt0003826.esri.com/server/rest/services/Hosted/test_VectorTile/VectorTileServer. If the loadStyle() method is called, the sprite.json path is correct.
