解决办法

Use the Topo to Raster tool and the Make Raster Layer tool to add a raster layer into the Table Of Contents. The list produced by the ListLayer function contains the raster created by the Make Raster Layer tool. The drawback to this method is that there are two rasters in the Table Of Contents after the code has finished executing.The List Raster function produces a list containing the raster created by the Topo to Raster tool without having to use the Make Raster Layer tool. The drawback to this method is that users are unable to select non-raster list features with this function alone.
