When sharing a point layer from ArcGIS Pro within the 3D category a point scene layer is created. Scene layers are designed to share large amount of 3D content. To learn more http://prodev.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/help/mapping/layer-properties/what-is-a-scene-layer-.htm Line and polygon scene layers are under consideration but have not been implemented yet.

解决办法

As a workaround, the polygon or polyline features can be converted to a multipatch data using the 3D To Feature Class tool, then share as a web scene.However, this workflow is inconvenient for the users as conversion could take a long time when the feature set is large.
