The Layer List widget in Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS associated with Portal for ArcGIS 10.4 does not honor the name changes made to the sublayers of the service in the content window of the web map.

This issue is fixed in ArcGIS Online and Portal for ArcGIS 10.5.解决办法
To preserve the name change, add the layers present in the service individually instead of the entire service, and rename the individual layers.重现步骤
