The large pop-up title does not display properly and the iframe is not honored in the pop-up title in Scene Viewer in Portal for ArcGIS 10.8.1.

Scene Viewer and the latest (new) Map Viewer do not support this approach to embed an iframe as this causes cross domain security issues. The requirement to reference information from other domains safely in pop-ups is under consideration of the developement team.重现步骤
