漏洞
The Join Field tool fails to join the records on a larger dataset in ArcMap Version 10, whereas the Add Join tool works fine.

Based on the description (not that clear) i don't see a problem. If re-submitted with a model or script and info about which output field to look at解决办法
Use the Add Join tool instead of Join Field, and export the feature to make the joined fields permanent.重现步骤
