The Join Features tool fails between a standalone table and the Living Atlas layers of the State Legislative Districts (upper and lower houses).

Complete the join in ArcGIS Pro.

** Requires ArcGIS Pro installed and licensed to the user's ArcGIS Online account.

1. Open ArcGIS Pro.
2. Add the table and Living Atlas layer in the Contents pane.
3. Right-click the table from the Contents pane > Join and Relates > Add join.
4. Fill in the join parameters in the Add Join geoprocessing tool.
5. Run the Add join tool.
