The issue is not reproducible. Until the map is fully loaded, the map scale is prone to change. In the latest version of ArcGIS Maps SDK for .NET, the reported scale is NaN until the map has finished loading. The correct scale is reported once the DrawStatus is marked as Completed.重现步骤
